This English text is provided for information. The Turkish Distance Sales Agreement and Pre-Information Form approved at checkout are binding.

1. Pre-information form

Before placing an order, the buyer is informed of the seller's identity, the essential features of the products, the total price including taxes, shipping costs, payment and delivery terms and the right of withdrawal. The order-specific details (products, kit configuration, quantities, prices, delivery address) are shown on the checkout summary and sent by e-mail after the order.

2. Parties

Seller:

Uçuş Atölyesi
Address: İstanbul, Türkiye
E-mail: [email protected]
Phone: +90 530 468 02 78
Web: ucusatolyesi.com

Buyer: the person whose name, contact and delivery details are entered during checkout.

3. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation for the products ordered electronically on the website.

4. Price and payment

Prices are in Turkish lira and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before payment. Payment is taken by credit or debit card through Stripe; card data is not stored by the seller. The order is confirmed once the payment is approved.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered by cargo to the address given by the buyer, within 30 days at the latest from the order date (usually 1–5 business days). If delivery becomes impossible, the buyer is informed and any amount paid is refunded within 14 days. Details are in Returns and Delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal

The buyer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason and without penalty, by notifying the seller at [email protected] or from My Account. The products must be returned within 10 days of the notice; the seller refunds the payment, including the initial delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the notice, using the original payment method.

7. Exceptions

  • Goods prepared in line with the buyer's specific requests or personal needs (for example custom-built, pre-assembled or personalised kits)
  • Batteries, consumables and similar products whose packaging, seal or protective element has been opened, where return is unsuitable for health or hygiene reasons
  • Services (trainings, workshops) that started with the buyer's approval before the withdrawal period ended

8. Defective goods

The buyer's rights for defective goods under Articles 11 et seq. of Law No. 6502 (withdrawal, price reduction, free repair or replacement) are reserved. Products should be checked on delivery and visible cargo damage should be recorded with the courier.

9. Disputes

Complaints may be filed with the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at the buyer's or seller's place of residence, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.

10. Entry into force

This agreement enters into force when the buyer approves it electronically at checkout. The seller keeps the agreement and order records and sends a copy to the buyer by e-mail.
