Returns and Delivery

Standard shipping is TRY 79.90 per order. Orders of TRY 500.00 or more ship free of charge. All prices include VAT.

In-stock products are handed to the courier within 1–3 business days after payment approval; delivery usually takes 1–5 business days depending on the region. Custom-built or pre-assembled kits may take longer; the estimated date is shared by e-mail. The legal maximum is 30 days.

When your order ships you receive an e-mail with the tracking number. You can also follow the status from My Account.

Please check the parcel in front of the courier. If it is damaged, have a damage report drawn up and contact us within the same day with photos.

You can return products within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Send a request from My Account or to [email protected] with your order number; we will share the return shipping details. Products should be complete, unused and, where possible, in their original packaging. Exceptions are listed in the Distance Sales Agreement.

Refunds are made to the card used for payment within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more business days for the amount to appear on your statement.

If a product is defective or different from your order, contact us; return shipping is covered by us and the product is repaired, replaced or refunded according to your choice under consumer law.
