• Information you give us: account details, addresses, order details, contact and quote form content.
• Information created while you shop: cart contents, kit configurations, orders, returns.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number or CVC.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device data, server logs.

We use this information to run your account, deliver orders, answer requests, plan trainings, keep the site secure and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. Marketing e-mails are sent only with your permission and every message includes an unsubscribe link.

Our kits and trainings are aimed at students as well. Accounts and orders must be created by adults (parents, teachers or institution representatives). Quote requests for schools should contain only the contact person's details; please do not send students' personal data through the forms.

Connections are encrypted with TLS, passwords are stored hashed, payment keys are kept encrypted and access to the admin panel is role based and logged. No method is completely secure, but we review our measures regularly.

We use strictly necessary cookies for login, cart and language, and Google Analytics only with your consent. See the Cookie Policy for details.

You can update your details, addresses and saved cards from My Account, withdraw marketing permission, or ask us to delete your account by writing to [email protected]. Records we must keep by law are retained until the statutory period ends.
